What is a Blog?
Blog, a shortened name for Web Logs, started out as online personal diaries where people would record their lives, adventures, beliefs, and problems on their Web sites. Today there are as many types of blogs as there are topics. There are personal blogs, business blogs, music blogs, video blogs, advertising blogs, education blogs, community blogs, and almost any other type of blog that you could think of. Varied definitions, shown below, have been collected from various sites around the Web.

As you can see, a blog is a Web journal, a diary, and a Web log and a blog is a personal site, a commercial site, an information site, a resource site and more. The words blogging and blogger have specific meanings also.So, get ready, grab a blog program, become a blogger, and start blogging. Everyone does it!
Who is the Average Blogger?
A 2003 survey showed that the average blogger is a teenage girl who blogs every two weeks to keep her friends informed about her daily life. I don't believe that in this time a teenage girl is our average blogger.I believe that in this day the average blogger would be:
1. A dedicated AdSense or Amazon promoter.
2. The White House keeping the President in the public view.
3. The latest superstar "wanna be" doing anything and everything to get noticed in newspapers and on the Web.To the Entertainment and Hobby Clip Art
