At a Teen Challenge banquet, it was announced that the Arizona Governor, Janet Napolitano, had declared December 7 to be Teen Challenge Day of Arizona. Although I could not confirm this on the Arizona Governor Web site, I am taking it upon myself to declare that December 7th is indeed Teen Challenge Day of Arizona.
